Kinskop is a Berlin based Producer, DJ and Controllerist. He started out making Electronic Music in 2002 under his moniker Loom and released several Albums and EP’s. With Kinskop his music became more sample based, melodic and rooted somewhere far away in the blind spot of Hip Hop.Trough the last years he went deep into Midi Programming and Controllerism and created his very personal Setup mixed with traditional newschool Turntablism and Monomemashers. So while his own Tunes are very often chilled and brainbased his DJ Sets are a lots of Footwork. Mostly a mixture of Glitch, Wonk, Funk & Bass.
Kinskop is also one of the founders and residents of the Various Vegetables Crew. They started in 2012 to bring more & more experimental electronic music to Berlin with their monthly Clubnights. And they still do, every first friday of the month at Naherhohlung Sternchen. After the first year they already had a whole bunch of interesting acts like Duran Duran Duran, Tornado Horr, Discoxx & many others.
